What is the difference between an AMC and vendor management?
An AMC is a fixed-fee, year-long contract to maintain a specific asset or service — a lift, HVAC or fire system. Vendor management is the system around those contracts: selection, verification, compliance, supervision, performance tracking, renewal and exit. A single monthly MIS covering AMC status, vendor scorecards, the compliance calendar, spend tracking, incident log and asset health — the same dashboards our operations team uses. Larger sites also get a digital dashboard, reviewed with you each month.
