Façade Cleaning Services
A building's façade is the first thing a tenant, client or buyer sees — and India's dust, monsoon humidity, pollution and biological growth degrade it faster than most owners expect. PropSquare's façade cleaning service restores and maintains glass curtain walls, ACP cladding, and stone and metal exteriors for IT parks, commercial towers, hospitals, hotels and residential communities across Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai. Trained, harnessed crews combine rope access, BMU cradles, reach-and-wash poles and surface-matched chemistry — planned around your occupants, executed under work-at-height permits, and signed off on a QR-checklisted report.

Why choose PropSquare Façade Cleaning Services?
Method matched to your façade
After a site survey, our supervisor recommends the safest, most efficient combination of rope access, BMU cradle, suspended platform or reach-and-wash — because height, geometry and soiling differ from building to building, and no single method suits them all.
Safety is non-negotiable at every height
Harnessed, trained crews; certified anchor points load-tested before use; barricading, public-protection measures and a ground-level safety officer; and method statements shared before mobilisation, in line with the BOCW Act, 1996 and work-at-height norms.
Substrate-safe chemistry
Pure-water systems leave glass spot-free, while pH-neutral and specialist cleaners protect anodised aluminium, ACP, sealants and natural stone. The chemistry and pressure are matched to the surface, never the surface forced to survive the chemistry.
A repeatable, signed-off process
Site survey and risk assessment, method statement and quotation, safety setup, a client-approved trial patch, supervised execution with daily progress photos, and a joint quality check with a before-and-after handover report.
Trained crews on our own payroll
Background-verified, uniformed staff with full statutory cover — EPF, ESI and minimum wages — supervised by a qualified façade supervisor, rather than casual labour hired by the day.
One accountable partner across three cities
Façade cleaning runs alongside our housekeeping, security, MEP and wider FM scope under one contract and one supervisor, with crews on the ground in Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai.
What we cover
Glass curtain walls & vision panels
Removal of dust, pollution film, cement splash, water-spotting and sealant bleed from façade glass and vision panels, finished streak-free with pure-water reach-and-wash or rope access.
ACP & metal cladding
Diesel soot, algae, oxidation and sticker residue lifted from aluminium composite panels, metallic fins and stainless-steel features using pH-neutral chemistry that protects the finish.
Structural glazing & stone cladding
Hard-water marks, silicone staining and metal leaching on structural and spider glazing, plus biological growth and rust leaching on granite, sandstone and cladding stone, treated with the right specialist cleaners.
Access methods we deploy
Rope access (industrial abseiling) for complex façades, BMU cradles for high-rise curtain walls, suspended platforms for deep restoration, and reach-and-wash pure-water poles up to four or five storeys from the ground.
Post-construction & restoration cleans
Removal of construction residue, paint and efflorescence after fit-out or handover, plus pressure washing and poultice cleaning for stone, concrete and tough masonry staining.
Solar panels, skylights & canopies
Deionised-water, non-abrasive cleaning of rooftop solar panels, skylights, atriums and canopies — protecting anti-reflective coatings and recovering output lost to dust accumulation.
Safety, permits & compliance
Anchor load-testing, barricading and public-protection netting, permits-to-work, a designated safety officer, and coordination with your security and HSE teams — documented before we mobilise.
Where we deliver
IT parks and tech campuses, commercial towers and SEZs, hospitals, hotels, malls, gated communities and high-rise apartments, and industrial and warehousing premises across Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai.
Frequently asked questions
How often should a commercial building façade be cleaned?
Most commercial towers benefit from a professional glass clean every six months and a cladding clean once a year. Buildings near highways, coastal air, heavy construction or high pollution may need quarterly attention. We recommend a frequency after surveying your façade type, exposure and soiling, and set it against a maintenance calendar.
Which cleaning method will you use on my building?
It depends on height, façade geometry, access and soiling. After a site survey, our supervisor recommends the safest, most efficient option — rope access, a BMU cradle, a suspended platform or a reach-and-wash pure-water pole — or a combination. We never force a single method onto every building.
Will façade cleaning damage my glass or ACP panels?
No. We match the chemistry and pressure to the substrate. Pure-water systems leave glass spot-free, while pH-neutral and specialist cleaners protect anodised aluminium, ACP, sealants and natural stone. Where needed, we clean a trial patch first, signed off by you, before full-scale work begins.
Are your crews trained and equipped for work at height?
Yes. Crews are harnessed and trained, supervised by a qualified façade supervisor, and work under permits-to-work with a designated ground-level safety officer. Anchor points are load-tested before use, and method statements and risk assessments are shared before mobilisation, in line with the BOCW Act and work-at-height norms.
Can you work while the building is occupied?
Yes. Most projects run during operating hours with minimal disruption, using barricading and public-protection measures. Where the work is noisy or access-intensive, we schedule it for nights, weekends or low-footfall windows, and coordinate with your security and HSE teams so occupants are never at risk.
Do you handle high-rise buildings that have no BMU?
Yes. We use certified rope-access (abseiling) teams and, where required, temporary suspended platforms after a structural anchor assessment. Every anchor point is load-tested before use, so a building without a permanent building-maintenance unit can still be cleaned safely from terrace to base.
Do you offer one-time cleans or annual contracts?
Both. We handle single-event post-construction, pre-monsoon and post-monsoon cleans, and we also run annual maintenance contracts with quarterly or half-yearly visits at preferential rates — the option that keeps your façade consistently presentable, rather than cleaned only once it looks neglected.
What does façade cleaning cost?
Pricing depends on height, access complexity, surface type, soiling level and frequency — rope-access and high-rise work costs more than ground-level reach-and-wash.
