Which entry point is right for us?

Start with the property you are responsible for. Society office-bearers choose RWAs & Management Committees; builders preparing for possession choose Builders & Developers; admin and facility heads choose Corporate Offices; mall and high-street operators choose Commercial & Retail; and plant teams choose Industrial Establishments. If you are unsure, request a site survey and we will scope it with you.

We run a mixed-use property — which segment applies?

Many properties span segments — a residential tower over retail, or an office campus with common amenities. You do not need to pick one: the site survey scopes every use in the building, and one accountable team runs the combined operation with SLAs and reporting set per area. Choose the segment closest to your role and we take it from there.

Does the service scope change between segments?

The building blocks are the same — security, housekeeping, MEP, water and STP, fire and safety, landscaping — but deployment, SLAs and reporting are set for each property type. A community needs a resident helpdesk and committee reporting; a mall needs trading-hour presentation and uptime; a plant needs EHS discipline and pollution-control documentation.

Which cities do you operate in?

PropSquare is headquartered in Hyderabad and serves Bengaluru and Chennai. All five segments are served across the three cities, with manpower, supervision and reporting planned around each individual site rather than a one-size-fits-all package.

What happens after we get in touch?
