Do you manage parking only, or the entire facility?
Both. Parking management can be taken as a standalone service or bundled into our Integrated Facility Management contract — under one agreement, one SLA and one monthly review meeting.
Can you take over from our current parking contractor without service disruption?
Yes. We follow a documented transition protocol: asset handover, marshal induction, signage installation, technology cutover and a parallel run with your incumbent before full takeover — so there is no service gap on switchover day.
Are your parking marshals on your payroll or subcontracted?
All marshals deployed by PropSquare are on our direct payroll — background-verified, uniformed and trained on the specific parking SOP of your property, with full statutory cover such as PF, ESI and minimum wages.
Do you supply ANPR cameras and boom barriers, or do we have to buy them separately?
We can deploy our own ANPR cameras, barriers and software as part of the parking scope. If you already have hardware, we will integrate and operate it — there is no separate licence fee for running your existing equipment.
What reports will we receive?
Daily exception logs, weekly MIS and a monthly review pack covering occupancy, visitor count, revenue, complaints and SLA compliance — the same dashboards our operations team uses, reviewed with you every month.
Do you manage EV charging bays as well?
Yes. EV bay operations — slot priority, idle-fee enforcement and uptime monitoring — are managed as a sub-module within the parking scope, with integration to your charge-point operator where one is in place.
What contract durations do you offer?
We offer 12, 24 and 36-month contracts, with a quarterly performance review and an SLA reset at the end of every quarter. The right duration depends on your site size and scope, which we confirm after a survey.
