Do you only supply and install, or do you also monitor?
Both. We offer supply-and-install as well as fully managed operations, including 24×7 remote monitoring from our command centre and on-site technical staff — so the system is watched and maintained, not just recording into an empty room.
Can you take over an existing CCTV or access control system installed by another vendor?
Yes. We run brownfield takeovers routinely — an inventory audit, health check, re-commissioning and migration onto our SLA. Our design is OEM-neutral, so you are not forced to rip out working hardware to switch to us.
What about data privacy for cameras that record employees and visitors?
We design to the requirements of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable rules — signage at entry points, role-based access to footage, defined retention windows, and audit logs of who viewed what and when.
Do you integrate CCTV with our existing fire alarm, BMS or HRMS?
Yes — integration is in our standard scope. Fire-alarm events bookmark camera footage, access events flow into HRMS and payroll for attendance, and the BMS can pull occupancy data, so the systems act as one instead of in silos.
