1. Introduction

This website, propsquares.com (the “Site”), is owned and operated by PropSquare LifeSpaces Management Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN: U74990TG2019PTC129763), with its registered office at #302, 3rd Floor, Venkat Surabhi Plaza, Hitech City Main Rd, Surya Enclave, HITEC City, Hyderabad – 500081, Telangana, India.

By accessing, browsing, or using this Site in any manner, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

The Site is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from using the Site under any applicable law. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Purpose of the Site

The Site serves the following purposes:

  • Providing general information about PropSquare’s Integrated Facility Management Services (FMS), including but not limited to security services, housekeeping, MEP maintenance, landscaping, pest control, fire & safety maintenance, WTP/STP operations, payroll management, and project handover services.
  • Enabling prospective clients, partners, and other stakeholders to submit inquiries and contact requests.
  • Publishing company updates, career opportunities, media coverage, and industry-related content.

The Site is informational and constitutes a lead-generation platform. It does not function as an e-commerce portal, booking system, or transactional platform.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon or restrict the rights of others. You shall not:

  • Use the Site in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use of the Site.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, website design, page layouts, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the exclusive property of PropSquare LifeSpaces Management Private Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The PropSquare name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of PropSquare. You may not use these marks without the prior written permission of PropSquare.

No content from the Site may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, reused, re-posted, or used for any public or commercial purpose without the express written consent of PropSquare.

6. User Submissions & Inquiries

The Site may provide forms, chat interfaces, WhatsApp links, or email addresses through which you may submit inquiries, feedback, or other communications. By submitting any information through these channels, you:

  • Consent to PropSquare collecting, storing, and processing the submitted information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
  • Acknowledge that such submissions do not create a confidential or fiduciary relationship between you and PropSquare.

8. No Service Agreement

The descriptions of services on this Site (including security, housekeeping, MEP, landscaping, pest control, fire & safety, WTP/STP, payroll, and handover services) are illustrative in nature and are intended to provide a general understanding of PropSquare’s capabilities. They do not constitute an offer, warranty, or guarantee of specific service deliverables, service levels, or outcomes.

Any engagement of PropSquare’s Facility Management Services is governed exclusively by a separate, formal Service Agreement executed between PropSquare and the client (Resident Welfare Association, Management Committee, builder, developer, commercial establishment, or corporate office), containing detailed scope, SLA commitments, terms, and pricing.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

PropSquare does not warrant that:

  • The Site will be available uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  • The information, content, or materials on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, or current.
  • Any defects or errors in the Site will be corrected.
  • The Site is free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PropSquare, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

In no event shall PropSquare’s total aggregate liability exceed INR 10,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand Only) or the amount paid by you (if any) to PropSquare through the Site in the preceding 12 months, whichever is lower.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PropSquare, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site, including but not limited to your submissions, your unauthorized use of any content or information obtained from the Site, or any activity related to your account (if applicable).

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (including but not limited to Termax Pest Control, MyGate, Zoho Recruit, Google Maps, and social media platforms) that are not owned or controlled by PropSquare.

PropSquare has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement, approval, or affiliation. You acknowledge and agree that PropSquare shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party websites.

13. Modifications to Terms

PropSquare reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site:

  • Amicable Resolution: The parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good-faith negotiations within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute.
  • Mediation: If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation, the parties shall attempt mediation before a mutually agreed mediator in Hyderabad, Telangana.
  • Arbitration: If mediation fails, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by both parties, seated in Hyderabad, Telangana. The language of arbitration shall be English.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Subject to the dispute resolution mechanism outlined in Section 15 above, the courts of competent jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

18. Waiver

The failure of PropSquare to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of PropSquare.

19. Entire Agreement (Website Use Only)

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PropSquare regarding the use of this Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, regarding the Site.
