Frequently asked questions

Our cellar ramp jams every evening. What can a marshal actually do?

Quite a lot: hold cars at the top while the ramp clears, set a one-way flow where the layout allows, keep two-wheelers and delivery riders in their own lane and stop anyone parking on the ramp or turning point. We plan positions and timings after watching the real peak.

Can you help stop people using the cellar for storage?

Yes. We run a monthly check for storage, scrap and other non-parking uses, photograph and report them to the committee, and track them until they are cleared. Cellars used for anything but parking push vehicles onto the road and can block fire access.

Are EV chargers in apartment parking mandatory in Telangana?

Not yet as a binding rule for existing buildings, but the state has said it is drafting one for apartment basements. Whether or not your community has chargers today, we can allocate EV bays and run them with clear rules.

How do you handle allotted-slot disputes?

With a slot map by flat or tenant, a visible sticker or tag system and a written record of every complaint. Disputes are settled from the record, and repeat offenders are reported to the committee.

Do you supply ANPR and boom barriers?

We can supply and run them as part of the parking scope, or operate the equipment you already own. Every entry and exit is logged and reconciled daily.

Which parts of Hyderabad do you cover?
