Façade Cleaning Services in Hyderabad

PropSquare LifeSpaces Management cleans façades across Hyderabad from its head office in the city, for office towers, IT parks, hospitals, hotels and high-rise residential communities. Hyderabad façades face three problems. The first is construction dust: the western corridor, from the Financial District to Kokapet, Narsingi and Tellapur, is still building, and every new tower nearby coats its neighbours in cement fines. The second is water: much of the city's borewell water is hard, so a façade rinsed with it dries to a film of white spots that looks worse than before. The third is heat: April and May routinely cross 40°C, glass gets too hot to clean well by midday, and cleaning chemicals flash-dry into streaks. We plan around all three, with pure-water rinses, early starts and post-construction cleans timed to when the dust settles.

Benefits of professional façade cleaning services in Hyderabad for your property

  • Pure-water final rinses, so hard borewell water never dries into white spots on the glass
  • Post-construction cleans for new western-corridor towers: cement splash, paint, sealant bleed and protective film removed before the association takes over
  • Summer schedules that start at first light and stop before the glass gets too hot, so chemicals do not flash-dry into streaks
  • Rope access, BMU cradle, suspended platform or reach-and-wash, chosen after a site survey of height, geometry and anchor points
  • Surface-matched chemistry for structural glazing, ACP, anodised aluminium and granite cladding
  • Anchor points load-tested, the area barricaded and a ground-level safety officer on site for every drop
  • A pre-monsoon clean before June and a post-monsoon clean after the rains, on an annual contract or as one-off jobs
  • Before-and-after photos and a QR-checklisted sign-off for every elevation, so the committee or facility head sees each drop completed

Why choose PropSquare Façade Cleaning Services in Hyderabad?

  1. Run from our Hyderabad head office

PropSquare's head office is in Hyderabad. The supervisor who surveys your façade, the crew lead who runs each drop and the manager who signs off the job all work from the same city base.

  2. Hard-water spotting solved, not moved around

Hyderabad's borewell water is commonly hard, and a façade rinsed with it dries to white mineral spots. We finish with filtered pure water, which dries clean, and where old spotting has etched in we treat it as a restoration job and tell you so before we quote.

  3. Post-construction cleans for new towers

New towers in the Financial District, Kokapet, Narsingi and Tellapur often hand over with cement splash, paint drips, sealant bleed and protective film still on the glass. We remove it without scratching coated glass, and document the finished façade for the association, the same discipline as our handover and takeover service.

  4. Planned around the Hyderabad summer

From April to May we start at first light, work the shaded elevations as the sun moves, and stop before the glass gets too hot to clean properly. Crews rotate and rest on a hydration schedule, because a tired crew at height is a risk.

  5. Safety at every height

Harnessed, trained crews; anchors load-tested before use; barricading and public protection at ground level; a designated safety officer; and a method statement and permit-to-work agreed with your facility or security team before the first drop.

  6. Crews on our own payroll

Background-verified crew members employed by PropSquare, EPF and ESI compliant and led by a façade supervisor, rather than labour hired by the day.

What we cover

Glass curtain walls

Dust, cement fines, pollution film and water-spotting removed from curtain walls and vision panels, finished with a pure-water rinse that dries streak-free.

Post-construction & handover cleans

Cement splash, paint, sealant bleed, labels and protective film removed after construction or fit-out, with a before-and-after record for the handover file.

Hard-water stain restoration

Assessment of old mineral spotting, a trial patch with the right restorer, and a written view on whether the glass can be fully recovered before the full job is quoted.

ACP, metal & stone cladding

pH-neutral cleaning of aluminium composite panels, metal fins and granite cladding, removing dust, diesel soot and staining without dulling the finish.

Access methods

Rope access for complex or BMU-less façades, BMU cradles where the building has one, suspended platforms for heavy restoration, and pure-water reach-and-wash poles for low-rise blocks.

Seasonal & annual contracts

Pre-monsoon and post-monsoon cleans, quarterly or half-yearly cycles for towers near construction or main roads, and one-off cleans for events or inspections.

Safety, permits & coordination

Anchor load-tests, barricading, public-protection netting where needed, permits-to-work and coordination with your security and facility teams on timings and access.

Solar panels & skylights

Non-abrasive pure-water cleaning of rooftop solar panels, skylights and canopies, where dust quickly builds up during the dry months.

Frequently asked questions

Why does our glass look spotty after it has been cleaned?

Usually because it was rinsed with hard water. Much of Hyderabad's borewell water is hard, and as it dries it leaves mineral spots. A final rinse with filtered pure water prevents that. If spotting has been left for years and etched into the glass, it needs a restoration treatment, which we test on a small patch first.

How often should a Hyderabad tower be cleaned?

Glass every six months is a common baseline, with a pre-monsoon clean in May or early June and a post-monsoon clean after the rains. Towers next to active construction sites or main roads in the western corridor may need quarterly cleaning. We set the frequency after surveying the façade.

Can you clean our new tower before the association takes over?

Yes. A post-construction clean removes cement splash, paint, sealant bleed and protective film from glass and cladding. It should be done before handover so defects such as scratched or damaged glazing are recorded while the builder is still responsible.

Do you work in the summer heat?

Yes, but on an early schedule. From April to May we start at first light and finish before the glass gets too hot, because cleaning solution dries into streaks on hot glass and crews at height need protection from the heat.

Our building has no BMU. Can it still be cleaned?

Yes. We use rope access or a temporary suspended platform after assessing the roof anchors. Every anchor is load-tested before use.

Which parts of Hyderabad do you cover?

We cover Hyderabad and Secunderabad, including HITEC City, Gachibowli, the Financial District, Kokapet, Narsingi, Tellapur, Kondapur, Madhapur, Begumpet, Banjara Hills and the older central blocks, and survey every façade before quoting.

Can we take façade cleaning on its own?

Yes. It is a complete service by itself, as a one-off job or an annual contract. If the committee later wants housekeeping or deep cleaning inside the building, that is a separate conversation, never a condition of starting.
