Can you remove hard-water stains from our bathroom glass and taps?

Usually, yes. Hyderabad's borewell water is commonly hard, and the scale it leaves can be removed with the right descaler. We test a small area first, because old, heavy scale can etch glass and chrome, and we tell you honestly if a surface cannot be fully restored.

Our new flat is full of construction dust. What does a handover clean cover?

Every surface: floors, walls, windows and frames, kitchen and bathroom fittings, wardrobes, balconies, fans and switchboards, with cement dust, paint, grout haze, stickers and protective film removed. We also note snags on photos for you to take up with the builder.

How often should an office deep clean?

Quarterly for workstations, pantries and washrooms is a common pattern, with more frequent disinfection of high-touch areas. Carpets and upholstery are usually twice a year, and stone floor polishing once a year. We set the cycle after a survey.

Can you work overnight or at weekends?

Yes. Most offices and clubhouses book deep cleans for nights, weekends or holidays. We plan zone by zone and leave a handover checklist for the morning team.

Are the products safe for children and pets?

We use products suitable for occupied homes and offices, ventilate during and after work, and share the safety data sheet for any product on request.
