Why does our wall keep getting damp and mouldy after the rains?
Usually because water is getting in from the terrace, a pipe in the wall, a bathroom above or an external crack, and Bengaluru's two monsoons give it little time to dry. We find and fix the source, let the wall dry, treat the mould and then repaint with suitable primers.
When should we waterproof our terrace?
In a dry spell long enough for the system to cure, usually in the months before the June monsoon. We survey the terrace, repair cracks and drains first and schedule the application around the forecast.
Will our apartment need a structural audit?
The Karnataka Apartment (Ownership and Management) Act, 2026 provides for a structural stability assessment by a certified structural engineer once a building is 30 years old. Where that certificate says the building is safe to occupy, a fresh one is due at least every five years. Where it calls for repairs, the duty is to carry those out, not to wait five years. None of this applies until the government notifies the Act. We do the repair work such an assessment recommends and keep the records.
Can you repaint our office without disrupting work?
Yes. We work overnight, at weekends or on holidays, floor by floor, with furniture and equipment protected and low-odour paints.
Which paint brands do you use?
