What if we identify major defects or service gaps during audit?
We flag all items in the report, classify them (critical/major/minor), and work with you to prioritise corrective action. We can also oversee defect resolution if required by you.
Do you cover all services (security, housekeeping, maintenance) in the takeover?
Yes — we can cover full spectrum of facility management services or select components based on your requirement.
Do you provide vendor handover?
Yes — we hand over vendor lists, contracts, warranties and contact details. Where beneficial, we also optimise the vendor mix for cost and service efficiency.
Is there after-handover support?
Yes — we recommend a support period (e.g., 30-60 days) during which we remain available to assist the incoming team and address any transition issues.
